Really hit the spot after a strenuous leg day at the gym after a break of mumble mumble days

Lazy lunch was microwave-reheated from my freezer, late March/early April gifts to my future self - homemade mac & cheese, beside sliced ham with spirit glaze. Plus a pound package of frozen broccoli from Costco. And our favorite easy to prep & eat fruit, red grapes.

Quick lunch at Saigon Breadfast, a relative new banh mi place in Mountain View. Very good bread (baked in-house), good filling and overall quite large sandwich for a “small” one (wished they would add a bit Maggi to the sauce). Patechaud was also good and the strawberry-lychee tea has good flavor but even at 25% sweetness level bordering at too sweet. Definitely worth coming back to try out more options.

Saigon’s Signature Sandwich - pork roll, ham, steamed pork belly, pate, butter sauce (raw egg, oil), cilantro, vinegar carrots, vinegar radish, cucumber, jalapeno

Costco glizzy, fries & gravy + a Coke for lunch. Needed a bunch of stuff so I tagged along with my seesters(they both are members, I’m not) so we had to stop by the food court. The dog was lukewarm but tasty, fries were good and the pop was ice cold. The 3 of us ate for under $10! I only to Costco go once or twice a year for some essentials, Parm/Regg, TP, Kirkland t-shirts and a big ol jug of Liquid plumber. No one can match their prices and it was rammed.

Safeway has packets of various vegetables - buy 2 get 1 free, mix and match.

When I want to live on the wild side I sometimes get something other than broccolini as the third.
