Piece of bhetki fish (a white flaky fish with not many bones) prepared as what my mum calls a jhol (gravy) but my mum-in-law would call a jhal (a more concentrated dryish gravy) and an un-decolonised person would call a curry. A torkari (dry curry) of green jackfruit on the metal plate. Half a ripe guava for dessert.
Potato tomato salad with kolbassa and hbe.
Off to the drugstore shortly to pick up some antibiotics.
I hope the east coasters are surviving the nor’easter.

A grilled cheese pizza sandwich “fingers” for my grandson, with the last bits of my honey wheat loaves. Time to start baking - his mom (my daughter) and dad have used up the half a large loaf I gave them, too.
He also got the fruit shown with my chicken leg and kimchi wrap. But only after he finished the sandwich.
Chicken legs were recently half-price so I got about 10 pounds.
Endive /arugula salad, red onion, avocado, scallion shreds with smoked salmon. Lemony vinaigrette was the dressing, forgot the capers!
Smoked ham and Swiss with Duke’s on one side, Roland Dijon on the other, along with a thinly sliced Campari tomato, all between slices of Pepperidge Farms very thin white.
