I went to a demo-style cooking class, with samples, last night and learned how to make crepes with various filling and sauces. I practiced my technique tonight for our dinner - crepes for our main (chicken-filled) and 2 desserts, one of which was Crepes Suzette (orange butter sauce). Not flambe.
