That looks excellent, with perfect hard boiled eggs. What did you season the shrimp with?

Pad krapow gai with bell pepper and a somewhat leaky fried egg.

In anticipation of my first CSA pick up of the season tomorrow I am continuing naking a dent in pre CSA veggies. So I stirfried the last of the cherry tomatoes and spinach in the fridge to serve over pasta.
