Back from camping, and grilling at home: prime New York strip steaks, garden asparagus, and russet potatoes. Served with dill butter.
Cajun seasoning, I use Emeril’s recipe.
In anticipation of my first CSA pick up of the season tomorrow I am continuing naking a dent in pre CSA veggies. So I stirfried the last of the cherry tomatoes and spinach in the fridge to serve over pasta.

Last night was super simple - steamed tofu in the leftover chicken adobo sauce over the remaining cauli-jasmine rice.

Way behind on posting, but have to start somewhere - dinner from Tuesday night. Soft shell taco with ground Turkey, black beans, cheeses, lettuce and red pickled onions.
That’s basically my breakfast every morning sans chicken.
