What's for Dinner #17 - 01/2017 - the New Beginnings Edition

More octopus. Braised in the oven on low heat for 2 hours, without any water added. I prefer to cook octopus this way. The meat becomes more tender than braising on the stove. Seaweed comes with the oysters. Made a miso sauce for both things. Red wine for the partner. Certain sea creatures pair well with red wine.

Seaweed was boiled shortly.

Cooked this the other day and now just warmed it up in the oven. The flour got crispy which was rather nice.
