What's for Dinner #127 - the It's Madness! Edition - March 2026

I have no idea what to call this; I’m open to suggestions. :slightly_smiling_face:
Let me describe it, instead.

Homemade Bread (cubed), bechamel sauce, shredded chicken and peas topped with cheese. I made two of them, so I could freeze one for a later date.

It was good, but a bit heavy. Sunshine could easily eat it with one hand and was content with her meal.

Yummm!

Is that AI photo editing I spy? At least, my food photos take on that golden hue when I click that button in Google photo editor.

I sometimes tweak my photos on my ancient Samsung Galaxy 9, adding some brightness, contrast, and/or saturation if the pictures are washed out when I take them in my kitchen.

I always at the very least use the ‘magic wand’ on my iphone to ‘adjust’ color, brightness, etc.

Doesn’t everyone?

Samesies. I’ve noticed AI gives them kind of an otherworldly glow with strange contrast.

I feel like the outlier in this group that uses the point and shoot method.

Nah - I do that often. It’s only my “very beige” or washed out pics that I touch up a little bit.

One of the reasons I sprinkle minced fresh parsley on top of things. LOL

I’m pretty lucky with lighting in our house, and an old iphone that almost always takes insanely good pics when I just “point & shoot.”

I would never take any credit for it.

You mean a digital camera?

I have an old digital camera, I have no idea how to change anything on the pictures.

Add me to the “point, shoot and post” list.

No I use an android. I bought my phone seven years ago so I guess it’s old.

Yep that’s old for a Phone.
