What's For Dinner #126 - the Hearts, Flowers, Candy, But It's Cold and Snowy! Edition - February 2026

Mrs. P made a delicious spicy ‘blizzard’ pasta using Al Dente brand garlic/herb pappardelle with Cajun dry rubbed shrimp, smoky Andouille sausage, mini peppers, garlic, sautéed red onion, and winter parsley, in a sauce consisting of chicken stock, heavy cream, spicy chili crisp, olive oil, and 1 1/2 cups of parmigiana reggiano cheese. She just made this up :slightly_smiling_face: It went great with an excellent cabernet.
