What's for Dinner #123 - the Start of the End of the Year Edition - November 2025

Just another random Tuesday, made ever-so-slightly less random by finally having our Vespa returned to us — only 1.5 months after they picked it up, and just in time for freezing temps and snow flurries :roll_eyes:

Apparently, if it hadn’t still be on warranty we could’ve had it back within a couple of days, but I guess this battery came all the way from Mars.

Dinner was a super-simple meal of last night’s leftovers — minus the smacked cuke salad, as I destroyed that for my late breakfast. Oops :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I stir-fried the leftover mung bean sprouts, baby bok choy and broc florets in the wok before adding it to the nuked rice.

Simple, easy, good. And spicy :blush:
