I made the pork meatballs with tomato sauce, using fresh tomatoes instead of canned. I used sherry in the sauce. I baked them at 385 degrees F with the convection on, instead of frying them, turning them occasionally. I’ll make them again. [PXL_20250924_000531951~2]
