What's For Dinner #117 - Time to Dig in the Dirt! Edition - April 2025

Yesterday: Lemon rice, cauliflower with peas, and dal fry from COTM 660 Curries, plus some steamed salmon on the side.

Tonight: Bihari mutton (goat) curry, dal fry, cauliflower with peas, and a whole wheat tortilla (because I am too lazy to find the chapatis in my freezer :crazy_face:)

For dessert: A slice of a mini chocolate loaf cake experiment. Very chocolatey.
