We’re headed to the Mediterranean this quarter - SICILIAN was our big winner for the Spring 2025 COTQ. As much as I love Italian food, I am not well-versed in the specifics of this regional sub-cuisine, so it will be a treat for me to learn along with all of you. Bon appititu!
