What's For Dinner #116 - the Mardi Gras / St. Patrick's Day Edition - March 2025

Tonight, I pan-roasted a chicken thigh. Accompanied by mashed sweet potato with herb lime salsa inspired by an Ottolenghi recipe from an old COTM and blanched broccoli.

Last night, takeout sushi with friends (from a place we normally eat in at). Omakases, rock shrimp tempura, miso soup. Dessert was orange blondies baked by me.
