Bengali style fish pulao, which I wrote up for the Biryani thread. This is biryani adjacent - you layer rice that has been cooked with cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaf in coconut milk and water with fish that has been cooked in onion and ginger-garlic pastes, chiles, mustard oil, and more coconut milk, scattering in more green chiles and fried onions as you layer, letting everything cook together for a bit to fully come together. This was a fun two day project and will yield at least 2 more meals for 2!
