What's For Dinner #111 - the "I Got A Rock" Edition - October 2024

Had to use up the fresh ho fun I couldn’t
resist in Chinatown yesterday, so chow fun for dinner.

Didn’t have beef because I didn’t think to buy any (even though I did buy bean sprouts in anticipation), so I made a mixed vegetable version – king oyster mushrooms (another can’t-resist), yu choy, bamboo shoots, onions, scallions.
