I’m Noomin’. Sautéed lean pork chop finished in the oven. Sage, apple and chicken broth sauce. Roasted potatoes and roasted green beans. 100g of each. Pretty tasty! As of Tuesday we are empty nesters. We dropped baby off to start college, and older son is also at uni. I’ve been waiting until I was done momming daily in order to feed myself exactly what I need and not cook/eat what everyone else needs. My husband is mostly fine with this and he will just get his extra calories via snacks. Wish me luck!
