What's For Dinner #106 - the Sneezles & Wheezles Season Edition - May 2024

Black tie event to honor a friend tonight. Dinner was surprisingly good — asparagus and beet salad to start along with a croissant roll, main of wagyu sirloin, roasted vegetables, and fondant potato, and ricotta cheesecake for dessert

I pre-gamed with half a spinach and feta shortcut gozleme (using a handmade flour tortilla) because dinner gets late at these things, and cocktails start early and go long :flushed:.
