It’s funny.
I have like this Pavlovian response to egg rolls. They make me want to gag. I think it’s childhood PTSD from making so many of them at my parent’s restaurant growing up. I lost many a summers rolling out egg roll skins and chopping cabbage for the fillings. Ugh.
