This streaky bacon from Briwood Market in St Thomas is one of my favourite streaky bacons sold in Ontario.
My other favourite bacons are Metzger Meats bacon from Hensall (sold by weight or by the piece at Sanagan’s in Toronto, and sold in sealed packages at some Sobeys ), Bacon Acres bacon from Granton (sold directly and at farmer’s markets in SW ON), McIntosh Meats Bacon from Listowel, and some Farm Boy bacons.
