thought it seemed early. oh well, i guess i’ll have pancakes next tuesday. for me, this is a cultural, not religious, observance, so there will be eggs in my fridge through lent and beyond:)

Forgot to post this earlier today. I have an extra-extra long weekend, so I treated myself to breakfast out at Vic’s Waffle House. And since I’ve never had one of their waffles
when I saw the Specials board, I decided to go for it.
A Red Velvet Waffle with strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream (and maple syrup poured in on the side in little pours); freshly squeezed OJ, and cawfee.
