I was happy to have four crepes from yesterday in the fridge, so filled them again with ricotta and the apricot jam/butter mixture. Berries were the fruit of choice this morning, drizzled with the very last of the jam mixture.

I’ve had the Mc D’s app for a while, I pre order my morning coffee from there(pretty much the only place open in my hood at 6am-ish) and grab and go ez pz.

Funny, I feel the exact same way about heroin 
I know it holds tremendous appeal to many, but I have no interest in trying it even once. I know it’s Very Bad for me, and it will probably make me puke.
And while McDonald’s may not have that effect on me, I know their food is industrialized, highly processed garbage.
I don’t go out for breakfast except for the very rare occasion, and then it is not something I need to have in a car pressed to get something — anything in my tummy… but something that I will enjoy tremendously, sitting down at a proper table with friends & many different options of things to order I can’t make at home. Eggs Benny, I’m looking at you 
McDonald’s has not been part of my life since my teens, and even then it was a very occasional enjoyment of a Big Mac and fries – back when they still fried them in beef tallow.
My personal choices are not a judgment of other people‘s choices, unless they are so insecure that everyone has to approve of theirs 
.

It’s what is called “Canadian Bacon” in the US, made from the loin (back). It’s not ham, in fact.

I think you can get one with a sausage patty instead of the Canadian bacon. It’s a sausage McMuffin with egg. They do just have a sausage mc muffin without egg, too. Just cheese.

Breakfast pizza for two - baked a thin crust roasted veggies pizza, topped it with separately cooked/crumbled 2 slices of bacon and 2 scrambled eggs. There are a couple of slices left for tomorrow’s breakfast.
