Well, I had posted a pretty wonky looking omelet that was a one egg version and it barely held together, this one’s a little more presentable!
Pretty soon you’re gonna have me calling it ‘Sinatra’!

Shin Gold ramen with leftover tsukune meatballs, hard boiled eggs, chopped scallions, and Japanese 7 Spice.
My boo brought home some lovely spinach gözleme leftover from his lunch with a colleague at the Turkish place.

The pic my boo took of his lunch (I trained him well
) does the gözleme far better justice than mine. He also had their excellent lentil soup.
Spinach and shallot scramble. Whole wheat bagel. Choice of raspberry-rhubarb jam or red currant jelly (or both).
Since I don’t have any oatmeal or smoothie ingredients and my stove top is not serviceable, I had a couple if clementines and a Greek salad for breakfast.
The boyz told me if they had opposable thumbs and could hold a whisk and cut up strawberries, they would have made me a Mother’s Day breakfast. ![]()
