I have a couple Newfie cookbooks. Maybe there’s a mention of it somewhere.
My last breakfast of 2024 was a square of a variation on spanakopita, a filo pie made with spinach, escarole, kale, cauliflower, feta, egg, parsley and dill, and a beef roulade.
