Green eggs, no ham: 4 eggs with green pepper & parsley
Fridge clean-out continues. Also, we did not have the yogurt for dessert last night, so it’ll be my breakfast ‘dessert’ after this massive plate… maybe

Eggs, toast, and leftover spinach and artichoke pasta bake. There was a mandarin orange to chase it all down.
Half a banh mi from the excellent Vietnamese bakery, delivered straight to our bldg since we’re busy packing up.
I ordered two bc I’m a glutton, but (of course) half of one was plenty. We shared the Ba Le combo with pork paté, mayo, crispy pork belly, ham, bologna, pickled veg, jalapeño, cilantro.
Pretty, prettty, prettttty good. Got a whole other banh mi with lemongrass beef for dinner IN OUR HOUSE
The BBQ pork buns were good (8/10 for a frozen steamed pork bun). The potstickers were pretty good, better than some other brands. (7/10)
I used parchment under the buns in the steamer and they did not stick or become soggy. I did check the temp with a Thermapen a few times, until the reached an internal temp of 170 ⁰ F
A very late, very much needed breakfast to soothe my tummy after last night’s exuberant festivities
I’m really digging those jumbo booberries.
Breakfast, standard - egg (microwave poached today) - cheese (shredded gouda today) - carb (whole wheat toast today) - coffee with skim milk. Non-standard 2nd breakfast today: slice of homemade fruitcake. Non-standard mid-morning 3rd breakfast today: bakery Lefse - one quarter with cream cheese, one quarter with butter and cinnamon sugar.
Fortified for a grocery run - how could I have run out of so many essentials when I just shopped Saturday!
I know! It’s like the lost sock in washer/dryer puzzle!
Looks delish, please describe!
Thanks! Tortilla chips with melted cheese, salsa, and sour cream with some cilantro. Basically, quick nachos (I nuked the cheese for 2 minutes at 50% power before adding the other toppings).
I am now curled up on the sofa watching the morning show on a local tv station and they are tracking Santa. He is now flying over New Zealand.
Breakfast this morning was yogurt with hemp hearts and a clementine.
