The post-Thanksgiving breakfast strata made from leftover cranberry-pecan loaf, sausage, onion, eggs, milk, and herbs. Enough for a few days!

Might be a great fit here, too

Been a while since I had a fruit bowl.

Smashed up poms, yogurt, booberries, golden kiwi. So health!

Indulging in holiday fare.

Paddlefish roe with sour cream and onion on crackers, or straight up on hard boiled eggs. Smoked silver salmon with scallion cream cheese. Pickled green beans, and there were some mandarin oranges in there somewhere, as well.

Oooh, you fancy! What holiday are we celebrating?

Festivus!

Our all-encompassing version runs from the day after Thanksgiving through January 7.

Happy Holidays to all! :christmas_tree:

Ah! I was already surprised our annual Festivus party was taking place on the 21st (!!!) this year, but I suppose it doesn’t really matter when you celebrate what — as long as you always find a reason to celebrate

This morning’s fry up was scrambled eggs and peameal/Canadian bacon.

Eggs with truffle goat cheese ($4.99 at Grocery Outlet), and sliced green onions. Homemade fresh baked sourdough. Trader Joe’s Irish Breakfast tea.

Not too shabby.

A colorful fruit bowl with a little Fage for that much needed pre-workout protein

Poms, booberries, ataulfo mangos, golden kiwi. Pretty and delicious.

Eggs Benedict with Jamon Seranno and smoked mozz. Mandarin oranges.

To keep it real, I use one of my favorite breakfast shortcuts here: Knorr Hollandaise mix out of a packet, using 2% milk and half the amount of butter called for.
