Almond flour waffles
1 large egg
½ cup almond flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup buttermilk, or milk of your choice
Pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla extract
I used oat milk today and instead of 3 pancakes, I made two waffles.
For ice cream sandwiches later.
Two fried eggs each, Jimmy Dean thick cut (major shrinkage), sourdough, chive & capers cream cheese, San Daniele. Still getting used to the nonstick pan here & def bringing some hardware down next weekend for sure, but it was serviceable.
Won’t win any beauty contests, but neither would anyone else in this household
