This morning’s breakfast was a mushroom frittatta. I didn’t break the egg! Woot! Next up is relearning to make an omelette. I used to make omelettes fairly regularly a few years ago when I had a boyfriend in the picture that really liked my omelettes. By the time we split up I was sick of making them and I haven’t made one since. And that wss 21 years ago Enough time has passed I am ready to make omelettes again.
A good non stick pan and plenty of butter!!!
I’ve been using both for my frittattas so I hope to have the same luck with my omelettes.

Toasted Portuguese corn bread topped with melted old cheddar and Frank’s Red Hot
Tomato basil bread (Panera), homemade hummus and pickles, garden tomato, s&p, dried thyme and dried mustard.
Another delicious bowl o’yogurt, donut peaches, booberries, walnuts. Ima miss those peaches when they’re gone
I went to the farm yesterday for what will likely be my last peach and nectarine haul this season. Froze a bunch.
