I don’t think I ever took a picture of the rainbow trout i made but the fishes in your picture look about the same size as we get in the stores around here. Are the ones in your picture too big or too small?
back in the day . . .
size was not a legal issue - but anything less that 20-22 inches was released.
it took that size to make a decent meal . . . .
