What to do with an abundance of scallions?

Got a recipe for that? I mean, it looks like it’s just cubed tofu in soy, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, but it could be so much more, too. And if it’s served/eaten cold, I’m always on the lookout for complete meals that don’t heat up the house!

Many thanks! I’m going to have to try it this summer.

It’s not a cold dish, but using a MW it shouldn’t heat up the kitchen. Plus you have to heat up the oil to smokin’ hot to splash the tofu with.
