I’m looking forward to these - most of them have been on my list for some time. And then there is the blueberry babka in the Polish book.

I picked up a copy of The Depanneur Cookbook last week.
The Depanneur was a restaurant that could be rented out, giving chefs and cooks a chance to run a restaurant or teach classes for a short period of time. I only dined there once, for a Middle Eastern brunch. The people running that brunch ultimately opened Little Sito, if I remember right, which was a Middle Eastern restaurant that was in business for around 6 years, until it closed around 2022. What had been Little Sito’s space is now the Fall Bright Tavern which has been in business for around a year.
