As we no longer have a separate Baking Cookbook of the Quarter, feel free to nominate a baking book if you’d enjoy cooking along together from one.

The threads for the current COTMs – SERIOUS EATS and JOSE ANDRES – are also still open for participation.

That’s the ice cream we are having

my oatmeal biscotti weren’t ideal for dunking, so I made some walnut almond semolina and wheat flour biscotti, with vanilla, brandy and cinnamon. I didn’t follow a recipe closely. What I made was roughly a half recipe of this recipe, with twice as many nuts added.

Not really.

It looks a bit like a fancy version of Strawberry Pretzel Salad. (which I will make this summer :rofl:)
