Quite likely. She got it from the NYT who did a Thanksgiving feature on some old school recipes. She also made a self-saucing chocolate cake which I think was from the same feature. Both were so decadent but we couldn’t stop eating them!

Ok, I can’t find a feature. But these are the recipes, and yes, the potatoes are funeral potatoes. She took some liberties (bec she asked mom and auntie, and neither of us is a stickler for following much of anything
