These are delicious. Anyone wanting to dress up some mediocre fries, this is the way. Peanut sauce, mayo and chopped onions.

Oorlog are fab. Particularly so when bought from a street vendor and eaten straight out of the paper cone. . Occasionally, you come across what I suppose you might call “super oorlog”, where there’s a line of ketchup, as well as the lines of mayo and satay sauce. You will need your favourite indigestion tablets to follow.
