Useful App for Shopping & Cooking

The NY Times Cooking page allows you to save recipes to Evernote. Evernote allows you to sync saved recipes to all your devices. I find that very helpful because it allows you to browse thru your saved recipes on your phone and see required ingredients while you’re out shopping. All saved recipes are stored in the cloud, so you aren’t tying up memory on your phone. The basic Evernote app is free. You can also snap photos and store them on Evernote.

I tried Evernote and Microsoft’s OneNote, but I default to a little Moleskine notebook and a pencil.

We have a similar discussion here.

@hungryonion maybe to combine links?

I always carry my phone with me, so I have it while shopping and can look up which ingredients are needed. Do you carry around your notebook when food shopping?
