Which leads to the definition of “portable.” Anything that involves something running down my arm or falling on my shirt is not portable. Having to eat it leaning over a trash can is not portable. Open face sandwiches are generally not portable. Knife and fork.

I’ll admit it’s salmon and not tuna, and certainly not a melt. I won’t post a picture of a meatball sub which I maintain is NOT portable. grin
