just stirred a blob into to hot elbows — instant mac&cheese. thanks for the suggestion!
Been searching for the wood reef flowers I’ve seen raved about but none anywhere in our area that I’ve seen. Anyone know what the story is? I’ll check with the people at TJ’s next time, but wondered if anyone had any info.
I’m always happy when something that worked for me works for someone else!
Lemon cake, cream cheese frosting, perfect for the last Friday in March 2023!
Light texture and taste, does NOT remind me of lemon Pledge.
Agree on the YAY for the blood orange cake. Tart but not too much. My kids had fun trying to figure out what the flavor was. I picked up an extra package for when it disappears
Thank you! I wondered about that one.
Okay, I know the product is not new, but I just used the cheddar with caramelized onions to make grilled cheese sandwiches on good sourdough, and it was so good. A very quick way to make a grilled cheese seem (even more) special.
We found the lemon sheet cake to be overly sweet.
A big NAY to Trader Joe’s for discontinuing the chicken andouille sausage. They had been selling it for countless years. I was making a jambalaya this weekend and was shocked to find it gone. Luckily Whole Foods sells it, but I rarely go there.
Dang. I have friends who don’t eat pork. There goes the jambalaya. Dumb move TJs.
The TJ’s jalapeno cheddar pullaparts are way too good. I absolutely love them. It’s hard not to open one up, grab some butter (gilding on the lily) and gobble a couple down. Every couple of hours.
Oh, no! This is awful news!
They’ve been missing my last 2 trips. They have no idea if they will get more!
Oh my, that sounds really good. Is it sold with the shelf-stable bread?
Yep. I don’t eat pork, either. But at least Whole Foods still sells chicken andouille.
DH says yes, it’s with the shelf stable breads.
I swear, I could eat the whole darn pan.
New to me, not sure if these have been around long: Yay from me - all-butter shortbread sandwich cookies with raspberry filling. A little too sweet imo but still very good with afternoon tea.
I hope TJ’s keeps up the new, classy versions of the Joe-Joes. Big YEA to the Ube Joe-Joe’s, not only delicious but very pretty.
Oh my- this looks and sounds good
You might like these from CVS (Safeway grocery and I think Walgreens sell comparable versions.)
