what a really want is a dark chocolate version of the lemon thins, which also come in ginger and vanilla versions.
2 cans of TJs big beans in tomato sauce was the thickener and sauce for my small batch beef tenderloin wrapped in foil and grilled. So good.
We love those for a mezzedes meal.
Mild.
The previous ones were in a round tin-like container. Maybe it’s a different supplier now.
Meh for the peach raspberry crisp. The peaches have a strange firm texture that reminds me of canned, the filling is very sweet, and it sogs quickly. Still, tasty enough but homemade is better.
Oh? What kind of container are the new ones in? I was at TJ’s last week & they looked the same (though they may not have restocked with whatever you bought).
Your crispy jalapeno pieces looked like a bag.
I confused your comment with @Rooster’s, and was wondering if the white beans in tomato sauce were in a new container.
Never mind. Heat must be getting to me
You are correct, still a round tin. I shouldn’t call the container a can.
Well now everyone’s confused.
Won’t be the last time, rest assured!
Just made another loaf of no-knead bread with the aglio e olio seasoning, and it is ridiculously good. 2 tablespoons of the seasoning, 2 teaspoons of salt mixed in at the beginning.
Is that for 4 cups of flour?
6 cups of flour, 1/4 teaspoon yeast, 1 3/8 cups water.
NAY for the family pack of organic chicken that had inedibly chewy breasts for the first time ever. Legs were just fine.
Had read about the stringy meat issue here years ago but never encountered it at TJs, never mind in organic chicken.
(I can’t bear to throw away food so I pressure cooked it and will probably grind it into kababs when I have the time.)
Yuck, I hope this doesn’t become a trend.
I’ve never encountered it at TJs, actually took me a while to realize it was inedible and not undercooked.
But I also haven’t bought the pack of breasts + legs in a really long time, and it seems to affect only breast meat.
i call the cardboard “can” a canister.
