I’ve still got a bunch of stockpiled puff pastry to use up, but now I’m thinking about a simplified stuffing (also bec I just made and ate a pile of kheema).
Anyone have similar things they make?
Some ideas I’m toying with:
– Pimento cheese
– Harissa + cheddar
– Bombay sandwich / samosa-ish (mashed potato, green chutney / zhoug, cheddar)
I could also see cheesy + sweet + spicy being good – cheddar (or brie if I can figure it out) and hot pepper jelly or spicy marmalade for eg. Kinda like baked brie in puff pastry, but rolled up & sliced.
