We had another spectacular dinner at Ammata Thai. We loved it so much that we had to come back a week later. Everything was bursting with aromatics and flavor. Besides the awesome crispy betel leaves and Southern crab curry we also had a crispy duck and lychee salad with ginger, green apples, shallots, cilantro, cashew nuts, scallions, in a chili jam lychee dressing.
