VIETNAMESE LEMONGRASS GRILLED PORK CHOPS [SIRLOIN]
I love this easy marinade, so easy and so flavorful.
I was looking for ways to use pork sirloin, and this seemed like a safe bet to test it out.
I cut thin slices, let them marinate for an hour or so, and then seared them in a hot pan.
Marinade penetrated well, very juicy and flavorful outcome.
Served with rice and the Napa cabbage and carrot salad above, which was a perfect pickly / tangy / spicy offset.
