SPICY CABBAGE AND CHICKEN SALAD (without chicken)
Cabbage and carrot with a simple nuoc cham dressing.
Tangy and spicy, a perfect foil for anything, but especially for lemongrass grilled pork!
I left out the onion because I wasn’t using chicken, but I will make this again with chicken because it’s delicious!
