Summer 2025 (Jul-Sept) Dish of the Quarter - NOMINATIONS

Summer is upon us - time to pick a new Dish of the Quarter!

To encourage participation and give more nominees a chance, I’m planning to try something a little different for the voting this time around - a ranked choice poll. That said, I don’t want the poll to have 100 choices, so this quarter, please limit your nominations to TWO PER PERSON. If someone nominates more than two, I’ll take only their first two mentions. Make your nominations in ALL CAPS below, please. I’ll leave noms open until Monday, June 23. Thanks, HOs!

A complete sentence.

I googled the Canadian French and Continental French: also CROUSTADES, CROUSTILLANTS, GRUNTS (Masculine )
) , GROGNEMENTS, CORDONNIERS, :fr:
And then there’s Swedish SMULPAJ.

Leaping off of a post or two from @Phoenikia, how about POUTINE AND ALL ITS RELATIONS:

Poutine, War Fries, Greek Fries, Disco Fries, Shawarma Fries, Kimchi Fries, Salchipapa, etc…

I guess the defining criteria is hand-cut spuds (finger food) with toppings and/or dips…

Or, Loaded Fries of All Sorts. I almost ordered Shawarma Fries for dinner tonight. LOL.
