Intensely fine fish picture right there. The marinade ingredients are just what I like with fish, though I’ve never used Dijon.

Thank you so much. You don’t really taste the mustard much. What comes across mostly is the ginger and soy sauce. I only made half the marinade since it was fir just two swordfish steaks.

The man likes these more than I do, but he really likes them! The recipe assured me the top plops of batter would spread and cover the stuff, it didn’t as you can see. Still, I’m glad to know about these.
