Smitten Kitchen Keepers

I made it a few weeks ago and loved it! A few minor changes (2% milk for both the milk and cream, all the vegs chopped in the food processor - weights corresponded to 1 carrot and 2 stalks celery) but it was a lot of taste for not a lot of complicated ingredients. I ended up tossing in a few ounces of gemelli since the fettuccini didn’t look like it would be enough, and we actually liked the shorter noodles better.

Mara got it right on the ingredients. For us, this was easy from what we already had in the pantry and freezer. Win-win.

I made this a few times a while ago; got it from the web site. I omitted the sun-dried tomatoes as I don’t like the chewy texture.
