I made it a few weeks ago and loved it! A few minor changes (2% milk for both the milk and cream, all the vegs chopped in the food processor - weights corresponded to 1 carrot and 2 stalks celery) but it was a lot of taste for not a lot of complicated ingredients. I ended up tossing in a few ounces of gemelli since the fettuccini didn’t look like it would be enough, and we actually liked the shorter noodles better.
