YAM WUN SEN | GLASS NOODLE SALAD
@MelMM and @naf have both made this dish, and I did it pretty differently. No meat, just pressed tofu; no fresh tomato, used frozen oven-roasted cherry toms; added shredded red cabbage. Good, needed more dressing.

GINGER CHICKEN
Also made this meatless, subbing in “chewy vegetarian tofu” that contained tapioca flour, a neat thing. This dish reminded me of what I’ve eaten in restaurants and wasn’t too hard – can recommend, and I think it’d be even better with chicken.
