The third picture makes me think these are chemicals someone is trying to cool, but wants to make sure no one attempts to drink them.
Funny story, I was replacing a “press in” wheel bearing on my car and froze the new bearing the night before. This will make it slightly smaller and it will “press in” easier. At some point during that evening Sunshine opened the freezer (looking for some ice cream) and asked “Why is there a car part next to my ice cream??”
