Although the lids state they are safe for microwave use and top shelf dishwasher, we have washed by hand and have not used the lids when heating in the microwave.
The rectangular lids are now warped after about 2-3 uses each and no longer fit properly. They bow upwardly in the middle across the transverse direction, leaving air gaps at the sides.
I’ve been remedying this by girdling a lidded container with a heavy rubber band, but I’m disappointed. I’ve got a week or so to decide which hassle I want to deal with more - shipping them back to Amazon or continuing the rubber band trick.
No problems so far with the lids on the round containers and no glass chipping.
