I had not heard of the Landaise Salad before.
Duck confit or smoked duck breast, sometimes avocado, sometimes foie gras, sometimes cucumber, sometimes egg, sometimes tomatoes , sometimes bacon, sometimes walnuts, sometimes ham, sometimes pine nuts. Lots of variations.
