Potato chip flavors all over the world

Walking past an Asian supermarket (Tian Tian Market) in central London, I saw these flavours stocked on the shelf. Italian Red Meat was a bit mystifying - I guess they mean meat in red sauce?

HotPot. Hell yeah! I just had Aldi’s sweet mustard. So-so, but good in FO dip.

Apologies if I’ve posted this before.
Looks like a collaboration between Lay’s and Miss Vickie’s. I like them.

Ah, gotcha.

Some chip flavors (only a few interesting picks) out of a vast array in a mini mart in the hotel block I’m staying at.

Spotted these at my ordinary Canadian grocery store.

Have you tried other honey butter Korean snacks previously?

I have seen non Lays honey butter snacks before.

I usually buy the other flavours of Korean snacks. I like the potato gratin snacks with a turtle on the package.

No, but my local Costco actually had samples of the Lay’s honey butter potato chips a couple of months ago. IIRC, there were three chips in the little paper cup, and I only ate two. Mrs. ricepad and Spawn2 (who were with me) were not interested in the last one, either, so I ended up tossing it.

I grabbed a bag of these at Dollar Tree. Do not recommend. I like the barbecue sauce but it did not work on the chip (which itself wasn’t that tasty) for me.

Lays Cucumber Flavor - I think these are from China, like potato chips with a somewhat sweet cucumber flavor.

Lays Mala BBQ from Thailand - like you dipped a potato chip in the spicy half of a hot pot.

Also an interesting way of frying Bologna (Whole!) and what is that Chile Pepper-Hotdog with a Stem on both ends??? Looks like Hieronymus Bosch vision of Food in Hell.

Well…… fried bologna with potato chip sandwiches seem to be a thing, so why not?

That’s not a name that gets referred to a lot. I think it maybe a first on HO. To raise an old CH style discussion, I counter Bosch and with Breugel as another netherlandish artist. Your reference made me think of big fish eat little fish.

Bosch is a popular prompt for AI images (and one of my favorite artists). Potato chip flavors are also quite popular. Here’s a few more:

Crisps are the ideal survival product, sealed and salted, but a great packet can also function as a private restaurant where you dine alone, crisp by crisp, intensely scrutinising the crunch, flavour and execution, like a Michelin inspector of snacks. They are as transporting as they are comforting – and unsurprisingly, they had a good pandemic, with Britons buying £441m more bagged snacks in 2020 than they did in 2019. They even helped morale during the blitz. At Smith’s Crisps AGM in 1941, chairman Sir Herbert E Morgan noted that Londoners were taking the brand’s crisps down to air raid shelters: “As in times of peace our crisps have been a standby, and an always reliable friend – they are additionally so these days,” he told shareholders.
