As some of you who are active in our WFD thread know, @LindaWhit has been going through some stressful and scary health issues.
She was readmitted to the hospital for more heart testing this AM, and apparently suffered a heart attack while there.
If you could take a moment and focus your positive mojo, prayers, voodoo — whatever you believe in to help, and send it her way, that would be really swell.

Thank you so much for posting this, so that we can keep her in our thoughts. I know she’d mentioned being on some meds that were curtailing her wine consumption 
, but I didn’t realize how serious it was. Wishing her a speedy recovery and return to the forum.
Well that is disturbing news. She is our rock on WFD. I’m cashing in all my chips and sending them her way.

UPDATE: she was apparently having breathing issues this AM, was sent back to the ER for more testing. When they hooked her up for an EKG while she was in pain, they realized she’d been having an ongoing heart attack!
MET was able to thread a catheter into her heart to check the 3 main arteries. Two veins were blocked, so they put in two stents. She also had to be intubated, and they will keep her in the hospital till the end of the week & will insert another stent, which should get her back close to 100%
She’s currently in the Cath ICU. Her sis is taking care of her kitties. I’ll try to organize some flowers or some such in my own WFD group on Facebook.

Compounding all of these good wishes. Am so glad to read at the bottom of this thread that she is now stabilized and on a good/positive path.
My good thoughts as well. I was diagnosed twice with a heart attack, but that turned out not to be the case. Instead, Covid took me into heart failure, from which I recently recovered, after over two years. However, I have other cardiac issues still.

Egads. We had a friend land in the ER earlier today (he’s fine). Don’t make me go up there, @LindaWhit! Get the hell outta there soon!
She’s by far one of the nicest people on here and a major reason why I haven’t given up on this site. I’ll say extra prayers for her tonight and until I hear she’s on the mend.
