That microwave version was what I was remembering when I posted. Can you share approximately what the total cooking time is for a given amount of okra, and also do you check every 1-2 min, every 2-3 min? Shake and stir in between? Much thanks!
I roast okra in the oven after tossing it with olive oil , and sprinkling with salt and pepper . Or add it to my briam (Greek equiv of ratatouille)
